This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. If I could give a minus rating I would. I purchased a new car from them and they never paid off my old car, nor would they ever return my many calls about this.
The "WORST" Dealership ever!!!!! Do not do business with them you will regret it. If I could give 0 stars I would. There customer service after sale is HORRIBLE.They will lie to make a sale. You will not get a call back and they will just put you on hold.PLEASE BEWARE
North infinity Miami is the absolute worst dealer I've ever done business with. If you're looking to purchase a car from them, do your research. Look them on on the better business bureau first. Horrible company!!
I would rate this dealer at "0" stars if I could. I traded a vehicle over six weeks ago and they still have not paid off my trade. I have made several calls into customer service with very little response. I used the customer service portal and still nothing. I asked multiple times to speak with General Manager and no response.
I purchased a 2023 Polestar 2 from this Dealership from Yunior August of 2025 it is now February of 2026 and I still do not have my Hard Plate I was issued two paper plates, the second one was not legal because I was suppose to get my Hard Plate after the first temp tag, I have been calling since Oct 2025 I was told it was lost and I had to wait on my state, I made a call to Miami DMV and New Orleans DMV and was told my paperwork for my hard plate was never filed on top of the car being ...
